What is Kyokushinkai?
Kyokushinkai Karate is a traditional Japanese style of karate where students master the arts of self-discipline, balance, and core strength before progressing to full contact.
Full contact 'Knock Down' tournaments and semi-contact 'Clicker' (multi-scoring points) tournaments are held throughout the year, giving students opportunities to test their skills in competition.
Our black-belt instructors demonstrate their skills around the world, and the small class sizes ensure each student receives individual attention from the instructors.
